Not Back to School Camp is a non-denominational, non-religious homeschool camp. The camp offers workshops, spontaneous events, and special evening gatherings, bringing together campers who are excited about life and willing to be themselves and to reach out and connect with the others.

The Western Region Unschoolers is a group for unschoolers who live in the Western U.S. covering: Montana, Wyoming, Colorado, New Mexico, Idaho, Utah, Arizona, Alaska, Washington, Oregon, Nevada, and California. This is a forum to announce and organize conferences, travel, camping, and other places to get together.
Cornerstone's Home Inspirational and Educational Family Schools (CHIEFS)
CHIEFS is a Christian homeschooling support group providing and sharing prayer, support, ideas, and encouragement to homeschooling families. CHIEFS offers monthly field trips, student speaking days, a reading club, music, physical education, and holiday socials.
Las Vegas Homeschoolers Social Club
This group is intended to help like-minded people who have made the choice to educate their children at home meet each other. They offer park days, field trips, and other opportunities to interact with other homeschoolers.
Nevada Homeschool Network (NHN)
Nevada Homeschool Network (NHN) strives to advocate for homeschooling and to look out for the freedom of each family to educate their own children as they see best. Nevada Home Schools, Inc. (doing business as Home Schools United-Vegas Valley), is an all volunteer non-profit educational support group. They help any and all home schooling families with support and information.
Reno Homeschooling
Reno Homeschooling is northern Nevada's homeschooling information hub. They provide information and support for homeschool families in Northern Nevada, particulary Reno, Sparks, Carson City, Fallon and adjacent areas. The group is broad based with academics and social skills being the primary focus.

Las Vegas Life Learners is a support group for unschoolers in Las Vegas, Nevada, and its surrounding communities. Unschoolers allow their children to live and learn freely by following their passions. Sometimes called Natural Learning, Child-Led Learning, or Life Learning, unschooling can become a way of life as well as a method of homeschooling. This group hopes to support and inspire each other on the journey of living and learning.

Home-Schooling the Only Child
Homeschooling an only child can be quite challenging at times. This group is open to anyone for support, enrouragement and ideas for those who choose the home-schooling road for you and your child. Although they are based in NC, anyone can join for support. They have a database that you can access to see who is in your state to get together with.

This is the Southern California Homeschool Teen Connection Announcement board. This group is strictly for promoting Teen Only activities around southern California and connecting teen homeschoolers to groups in their locality.
Homeschool Fun for Silicon Valley Teens
This support group, inclusive and non-profit, fosters a rich social life amongst homeschool and small school students by organizing sports leagues, dances, games, Karaoke, bowling, pizza or movie nights. Teens take responsibility to pick the events, decide upon the participants, set rules and select volunteers on this site, even to set up and clean up. Parents of teens then supervise and advise to make this group beneficial to all.
Northern Nevada Home Schools Email List
The NNHS discussion list gives homeschoolers in Northern Nevada a place to talk. Subscribers must be members of Northern Nevada Home Schools, Inc. (NNHS), but prospective members receive free access for at least 90 days. Free access is also available to mentors and consultants who provide free advice to homeschoolers. Members come from Reno, Sparks, Carson City, Incline Village, Gardnerville, Fernley, Fallon, Lovelock, Winnemucca, Elko, Ely, Wells, Wendover, and all over Nevada. Discussion topics include curriculum, upcoming events, local school district policies, requests for advice, questions about science, etc.

Living Math Forum
This is an on-topic list dedicated to the discussion of "living math" - mathematics education using living books and materials, as opposed to traditional curricula as the primary learning tool.
